About Keyed
Keyed is a side project I built for indie game developers who hand out review and press keys. Vetting key requests by email and spreadsheet is slow and full of scammers, so Keyed replaces it with a focused, low-cost tool.
Creators sign in and prove they own their YouTube or Twitch channel with OAuth, rather than self-reported screenshots. Their live audience metrics are snapshotted, so developers can see real numbers before deciding.
The work
I designed and built Keyed end to end: the landing page, auth, the developer triage inbox and the creator flow.
Developers approve requests in one click. Keys are then allocated atomically from an encrypted pool and emailed automatically, with delivery tracked.
Pricing is prepaid credits through Polar, so developers only pay for keys that are actually delivered. There are no subscriptions and credits never expire. Data lives in Supabase Postgres, with Sentry for error monitoring.
